n nHow you’ll make an impact in this role

nnnEvaluate patients with respiratory needs to design and implement customized care plans, ensuring the treatment type and frequency align perfectly with their specific diagnosis.

n

nnManage advanced respiratory care and life-support equipment, monitoring performance and patient response to ensure every breath supports optimal recovery.

n

nnRespond as a vital member of the emergency resuscitation team, providing life-saving interventions and respiratory expertise during high-pressure "code" situations.

n

nnAdvocate for patient progress by monitoring clinical changes and communicating updates to the medical team, ensuring medications and treatments are adjusted for the best possible outcomes.

n

nnEmpower patients and their families through dedicated education, providing the clarity and community resources they need to manage their health condition confidently.

n

n nWhat minimum requirements you’ll need

nLicensure / Certification / Registration:

nnnBLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American HeartAssociation or American Red Cross accepted.

n

nnRespiratory Therapist specializing in Registered credentialed from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

n

nnRespiratory Therapist credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Respiratory Care obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

n

n nEducation:

nnHigh School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
