Seeking a skilled professional to provide essential respiratory care services within a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract opportunity is ideal for those experienced as a Respiratory Therapist, specifically those credentialed as Registered Respiratory Therapists, who are committed to delivering high-quality patient support.
Key Qualifications:
Active credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required
Proven experience as a Respiratory Therapist in acute or clinical settings
Current state licensure to practice as a Respiratory Therapist
Proficiency in assessing and treating a variety of respiratory conditions
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities: Administer respiratory therapy procedures and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and evaluate patients' responses to respiratory interventions
Educate patients and families regarding respiratory care and equipment usage
Operate and maintain respiratory equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety
Record and report therapy outcomes, patient progress, and any changes in condition
Participate in emergency interventions as needed, including code response situations
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to optimize patient care

$2,154 - $2,278/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
