We are seeking candidates who have completed an accredited Respiratory Therapy program and possess a valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). A current New York State Respiratory Therapist license is required.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent critical thinking abilities, and a thorough understanding of cardiopulmonary physiology and respiratory therapy techniques. Experience with ventilator management, arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis, and emergency respiratory procedures is highly preferred. Exceptional communication skills, compassion, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment are essential to your success in this role.
