Job description
Respiratory Therapist Position
Jackson HealthPros is hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a permanent position with a local hospital in Watertown, NY. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders. This role includes night-focused responsibilities on a schedule with flex shift coverage and every-other-weekend rotation.
Minimum Requirements :
Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
Current NY State license in good standing as an RT or RTT required to perform oxygen, CPAP, or BiPAP/bi-level titrations.
BLS certification.
Minimum 1 year of Respiratory Therapist experience.
Polysomnography (sleep study) experience preferred but not required.
