Job description
We're hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders
Minimum Requirements:
Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program
Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
One year experience as an RRT
BLS certification
ACLS certification
Experience with vent management, CPAP, BiPap, nebulizer treatments, a-line placement, assisting providers with intubation, vent weaning, extubation, and ABGs
Experience with EPIC EMR
Experience with AVEA vents, Servo U Vent, LPU 1200 Vents, Parapack vents for MRI, and Hamilton vents for transport
Assignment Details Shift hours:
36 scheduled hours per week
Weekend rotation: every other weekend
On-call requirements: none
Float to all units within the hospital
