Job description
Respiratory Therapist Opportunity
We're hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.
Minimum Requirements
Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program
Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
One year experience as an RRT
BLS certification
ACLS certification
PALS certification
Certified Respiratory Tech (CRT) verification
AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS
Experience in adult critical care
Experience with ABGs, EKGs, vent management, BiPAP, and CPAP
Assignment Details
Shift hours:
12-hour shifts
Weekend requirement: Yes
Holiday requirement: Yes
Floating required. May be required to work either campus.
Dress code: Black scrubs, no logos
Charting system: Cerner
