Job description
We're hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders
Minimum Requirements:
Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program
Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
One year experience as an RRT
BLS certification
RRT required.
Active Nevada state license required prior to submission.
State of Nevada Point of Care Analyst license, Director of Point of Care, or General Supervisor of Point of Care required prior to start.
AHA ACLS required prior to start.
AHA PALS required prior to start.
2+ years of acute care respiratory therapy experience required.
Recent critical care experience required.
Prior travel experience of one assignment required.
PICU experience required.
NICU experience required.
Assignment Details 3x12 schedule.
Rotating days of the week with varied shifts.
May be required to float to other areas within the organization based on competency.
May be required to work major holidays.
May be required to pick up one additional shift during the schedule period.
Schedule may include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts.
