Job description
Respiratory Therapist Opportunity
We're hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.
Minimum Requirements
Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program
Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
One year experience as an RRT
BLS certification
RRT certification
Active MA Respiratory Therapist license
2 years working in one location
1 to 2 years working as a traveler
Vent experience in an acute care setting
Ability to draw arterial blood gases
Assignment Details
Shift hours:
36 hours per week
Every other weekend required
Charting system: EPIC
Equipment used: PB980 Ventilator
Equipment used: Hamilton T1 Transport Ventilator
