Job description
We're hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders
Minimum Requirements:
Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program
Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
One year experience as an RRT
BLS certification
ACLS certification
CRT or RRT credential
Experience in critical care and mechanical ventilation
Experience drawing and analyzing ABGs from arterial lines and punctures
Experience assisting with intubations
Experience caring for adult patients in inpatient and ED settings
Assignment Details Shift hours: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Three shifts per week
Every other weekend required
Charting system: EPIC
Equipment used includes 840/980 ventilators, V60, and Vapotherm
Department-specific orientation provided
