Job description
Sweetwater Care in California seeks a Respiratory Therapist to independently perform respiratory care procedures, interpreting physician orders and assessing resident needs. You will deliver prescribed therapy, evaluate responses, and function as a consultant, educator, and clinician to clinical staff.
The role requires CRT or RRT certification, BLS, and ventilator unit experience; ACLS preferred. You will collaborate with nursing leadership to integrate respiratory care into daily practice
