Clinical Evaluation: Conduct focused respiratory assessments, monitoring breath sounds and airway health to tailor patient care plans.
Advanced Therapeutics: Execute evidence-based treatments, including oxygen administration and airway clearance, in acute and critical care settings.
Ventilation Oversight: Lead the initiation and adjustment of invasive and non-invasive ventilation; assist with airway placements and emergency response.
Team Integration: Act as a subject matter expert for nurses and physicians, provide family education, and support neonatal stabilization efforts.
Operational Safety: Manage the calibration and sterilization of equipment while ensuring strict adherence to infection-control protocols.
