You'll combine exceptional customer service with accuracy and efficiency to ensure patients are registered correctly and prepared for their visit.What You'll DoWelcome and register patients in a timely, courteous, and compassionate manner, creating a positive first impression.Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and identification to ensure accurate registration.Obtain required patient signatures and copies of insurance cards and identification.Collect deductibles, co-insurance, and other applicable patient payments with professionalism and sensitivity.Serve as a trusted resource for patients and families, helping them navigate the front-end registration process.Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while handling sensitive patient and financial information.Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support a smooth, coordinated patient experience.Additional Job DescriptionEducation:High School Diploma or GED preferred.Ability to read, understand, and follow business office policies and procedures.Experience:One year of office experience, preferably in a healthcare or customer-service environment, with regular contact with the general public.Why This Role MattersIn oncology, every interaction matters.
