We are passionately committed to providing exceptional, local care to our friends, families, neighbors, and communities at large.Mission: To work together to serve the needs of our patients and community.Vision: A community where all can achieve optimal health.Values: Kindness, Collaboration, Patient & Family-Centered, Safety, Excellence, Efficiency, and Professionalism.What You'll Do:Greet visitors and/or patients, determine their needs, check appointments and direct or escort patient to proper person, office, or department for services required.Answer questions and give information directly to persons on the telephone based on knowledge of the hospital or department operations and regulations.Provide non-medical information regarding patients within the limits of the Hospital Confidentiality policyRegister and admit patients to emergency room, x-ray, laboratory, physical therapy, cardiopulmonary services, and other services provided by the hospitalVerify demographic information and any other pertinent information with the patient. Verify and record insurance eligibility through Meditech. Obtain required signatures on consent and other forms.
