Job description
Job TitleRegistration ClerkJob DescriptionRegistration of patients presenting to Freeman Springdale Hospital. Conducts patient interviews to obtain registration information, complete required forms and obtains signatures. Initiates financial counseling process. Collects monies owed. Verifies insurance at point of service and calculates patient estimates.
