Regrind Area – General LaborLocation: Dekalb Pay: $16.40/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday OT Saturdays Training: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM Regular Schedule: 2nd Shift, 3:30 PM–2:00 AMPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our Regrind Department. This is a physically demanding position in a loud industrial environment. The successful candidate must be comfortable with physical labor, follow all safety procedures, and consistently use required PPE.ResponsibilitiesLift and handle scrap webbing rolls weighing approximately 20–50 lbs.Remove scrap webbing rolls from gondolas and load materials onto a conveyor or into a regrinder.Operate a baler safely and efficiently.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.Wear required PPE, including safety glasses and hearing protection, at all times.Assist with other general labor duties as needed.QualificationsAbility to perform repetitive physical work and lift up to 50 lbs.Comfortable working in a loud manufacturing environment.Strong commitment to workplace safety and PPE requirements.Forklift experience is a plus.Willingness and ability to learn forklift operation if needed.Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.BenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holiday pay401(k) retirement planOpportunities for advancementEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding employment practices.
