Job description
MannKind Corporation is seeking an Associate Director, Regulatory Affairs - Advertising/Promotion in Westlake Village, CA. This role coordinates regulatory review of commercial materials and represents the Regulatory team on MRC/PRC, while leading interactions with FDA OPDP on respective products.
The position oversees regulatory operations for commercial materials, prepares submissions, and ensures labeling and promotional content comply with FDA regulations and company policies.
