Job description
Hampton Farms is seeking a Regulatory and Compliance Manager to work with the FSQA leadership in Raleigh, Edenton, Franklin, or Severn. You will help maintain regulatory compliance, develop policies, and support HACCP plans and customer databases.
Ideal candidates hold a science degree, 3+ years in food manufacturing, and SQF knowledge, with certification target within 6 months. Travel is minimal and interaction with multi‑functional teams is required.
