Job description
GA Telesis in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Compliance Specialist in Learning & Development to ensure audit-ready regulatory training programs across the organization. You will document, track, and verify compliance with FAA, EASA, SAFA, ESG, ISO, AS9100 and internal policies.
You will partner with HR, Quality, and operations leaders to maintain training matrices, LMS governance, and evidence for audits, while proactively addressing gaps and coordinating cross-functional responses.
