Overview
nPosition: Rehab Aide
nLocation: 104 Delaware Ave Uniointown, PA 15401
nType of Employment: Per Diem
nSchedule: Hours not guarantee (some evening until 7pm)Compensation: $10.00 - $12.00/hour (pending experience)
nnAre you passionate about helping patients on their rehabilitation journey? Do you enjoy working in an outpatient physical therapy setting? Come join our team as a rehab aide! In this role, you will assist our therapists in carrying out our rehabilitation procedures and play an integral role in supporting our center operations.
nnResponsibilities
n Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions
Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment
Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.)
Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment
n nQualifications
nMinimum Qualifications
n High school diploma or GED
n nPreferred Qualifications
n CPR certification
First aid certification
Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center
