Job description
The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses for Helen Porter Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing. In this role, you’ll deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centered care for post‑acute, rehab, and long‑term residents. Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, wound care, documentation in the EHR, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll support care planning, patient and family education, and quality and safety initiatives in a collaborative, learning‑focused environment.
