Job description
Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards.
Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while engaging in professional development.
Develops, implements, and documents personalized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the interprofessional team, patients, and caregivers.
Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.
Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times.
Qualifications: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree required; RN licensure necessary. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
Skills: Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious setting.
Key Duties: Patient education, care planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
