Job description
Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead in-house therapy services at our partner facility in Daytona Beach, FL. The role oversees all therapy operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
You will manage PDPM/MDS processes, train staff, ensure accurate documentation and billing, and drive performance, growth, and adherence to company policies in a fast-paced SNF environment.
