Evolve Therapy Services, LLC is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (PT, PTA, SLP, OT, or COTA) for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Selma, AL. The role leads therapy operations and ensures services align with company policies and regulatory standards.
