Job description
Flagship Therapy is seeking an Assistant Director of Rehabilitation and Outpatient Coordinator at The Phoenix Post Acute in Texas City, TX. This is a full-time role combining management training (20%) with patient care responsibilities (80%).
Qualified candidates are licensed OTR, RPT, PTA or COTA with SNF experience, and possess strong communication and leadership skills to build outpatient referral networks and support clinical staff in a thriving rehab program.
