Job description
Valley Village Care Center in North Hollywood, CA seeks an experienced Rehab Director licensed as PT or OT to lead the rehabilitation department and ensure high-quality resident outcomes.
You will supervise PT/OT/ST teams, coordinate with nursing and physicians, monitor treatment plans and Medicare compliance, and drive performance improvements while maintaining compassionate, resident-centered care.
