Job description
Legacy Healthcare Services seeks a Rehab Director to lead the facility's rehabilitation program and serve as the primary Legacy representative for policy implementation and clinical programs. You will foster relationships with staff and residents, promote Legacy services, and guide therapy initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
You will oversee productivity, train teams across disciplines, coordinate daily rehab activities with facility staff, and ensure compliant therapy plans and outcomes
