Job description
Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a Rehab Director to serve as the primary Legacy representative at the facility, promoting Legacy policies, clinical programs and supporting our mission to help aging adults live safe, healthy lives.
You will oversee therapy programming, manage staff, coordinate with facility personnel, ensure standards, and drive outcomes. A PT/OT/SLP background with LTC experience is required; supervisory experience is preferred.
