Job description
The Director of Rehabilitation at Evolve Therapy Services will lead all therapy operations at the in-house SNF facility in Crystal, MN, ensuring highest standards of care and regulatory compliance.
You will supervise PT, PTA, OT, OTA, and SLP staff, drive program development, and partner with the Regional Director of Operations to align with company policies and PDPM/MDS management best practices.
