Job description
Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Rehab Director to serve as the facility's primary Legacy representative, promoting policies and clinical programs while supporting aging adults to live safe, healthy lives.
You will build relationships with patients and staff, oversee rehab operations, and lead interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care. A PT/OT/SLP background with 3–5 years in LTC and state licensure is required.
