Job description
NHC HealthCare Greenwood in Greenwood, SC seeks a Director of Rehab for Lakelands Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Abbeville, SC, based at NHC Greenwood. You will lead the rehab team, coordinate services under Medicare and other payers, and drive evidence-based practice.
You must be a licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist with prior supervisory and SNF experience.
