Director of Rehab / Rehab Director / PTA
Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (PTA) to join our South Haven, MI Skilled Nursing Facility.
Full-Time, 30-40 Hours Per Week - Salaried Role + Quarterly Bonus Potential
Open to a PTA with Prior Management Experience Preferred
As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting. Youll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents lives.
Qualifications:
Current state licensure as a (Physical Therapist Assistant - PTA)
Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
