Join our team as a Rehab Director – Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist AssistantGreenfield Rehab is seeking an experienced and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to serve as our Rehab Director and lead therapy services in our skilled nursing facility in Galesville, WI.The Rehabilitation Director is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and management of the rehabilitation department within a skilled nursing facility. This role provides clinical and administrative oversight of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services while maintaining a high standard of patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
