Concept Rehab is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to lead our rehabilitation department as a Full-Time Rehab Director in beautiful Traverse City, Michigan .

What You'll Do
Lead the daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
Supervise and support a team of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy professionals.
Partner with facility leadership to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and company regulations.
Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, quality measures, and departmental performance.
Mentor clinicians while fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.
Build strong relationships with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
Promote outstanding customer service and patient-centered care.
Qualifications
Current Michigan PTA or OTA license required.
Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, or geriatric therapy preferred.
Previous leadership experience is a plus, but we welcome clinicians ready to grow into a management role.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
