Director of Rehab - Full or Part Time Options - Open to All Disciplines including COTA and PTA Candidates) - Assisted Living Facility in Rocky Mount, NC / North Carolina
Broad River Rehab is seeking a Rehab Director to join our Assisted Living Facility in Rocky Mount, NC.
Full Time with option for Part Time in Rocky Mount
As the Director of Rehabilitation , you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PTA or COTA) in an assisted living setting. You'll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents' lives.
Qualifications
Current state licensure
Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field (Doctorate preferred) or Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
