Job description
The Moorings of Arlington Heights, part of Functional Pathways, is seeking a Director of Rehab to lead our therapy team in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time, on-site role oversees rehab operations at the facility.
You will coordinate care with RM, RVP, and Operations, supervise PTA/COTA staff, ensure licensure compliance, and drive high-quality patient outcomes through strong leadership and collaboration.
