Job description
We are seeking dedicated LPN/LVN professionals for full-time and PRN positions, with shift differentials available.
Role Overview:
Provide direct patient care aligned with personalized care plans and physician directives.
Monitor patient behaviors, vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and assist in care delivery.
Build meaningful relationships with patients by addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
Celebrate and support patient progress throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Qualifications & Skills:
Current LPN/LVN licensure as per state requirements.
CPR certification.
Preferred: One year of experience in inpatient medical-surgical or hospital setting, rehabilitation experience is a plus.
