Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking dedicated LPN/LVN professionals for full-time and PRN roles in Abilene, Texas. You will provide direct patient care according to personalized care plans, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with RNs to ensure quality care during rehabilitation.
