ViziRecruiter, LLC is seeking an experienced Rehab Program Manager in White Plains, NY to oversee 24-hour rehab nursing services, lead clinical teams, and ensure high-quality patient care across day, evening, and night shifts.
The ideal candidate has progressive rehab nursing management experience, a BSN (MSN preferred), NYS license, rehabilitation nursing certification, and strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; weekend house supervision occurs periodically.
