Job description
Evolve-Therapy-Services is seeking an Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (OTA) for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility. You will assist the Director of Rehabilitation with therapy operations and oversee the therapy program in collaboration with the facility team.
The role requires active licensure in PT/ PTA/ OT/ OTA/ SLP, ongoing continuing education, and strong leadership and communication skills to meet regulatory and resident-care standards.
