Physical Therapist - Home Health Travel Contract in Vancleave, MS
Travel Physical Therapist opportunity in Vancleave, Mississippi: support a home health caseload, help patients regain independence, and deliver high-quality rehab care across Jackson County. Employment Type: Travel Physical Therapist Contract
Contract Duration: 16 weeks
Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,030 - $2,190
Weekly Hours: 40 guaranteed hours
Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
Schedule: Monday-Friday with on-call and weekend rotation
Coverage Area: Jackson County, MS
Productivity Expectations: 32 points

Job Requirements Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Mississippi
Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy experience preferred
Home health experience required
HCHB experience required
OASIS experience required
Master's degree required
Strong professionalism, flexibility, and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently in a home health setting
Responsibilities Perform patient assessments, evaluations, and treatment plans
Complete OASIS documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Supervise PTA services as needed
Develop and update individualized plans of care
Submit documentation by 8:00 AM the next morning
Provide high-quality rehabilitation care across the assigned home health coverage area
Coordinate effectively with the care team to support positive patient outcomes
