Total Extended Care Services seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed in Tennessee to join a PM&R physician in sub-acute rehab facilities. This part-time, in-person role supports rehabilitation, patient function, and high-quality care within skilled nursing settings.
