Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at a skilled nursing facility located in Estero, FL. This is a temporary part-time position.
Position Details
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Weekly Hours: 40 hours
Start Date: ASAP
Facility Information
This facility features approximately 150 beds and provides quality care services within the long-term care sector.
Role Responsibilities Assess and evaluate patients' physical abilities to develop effective treatment plans.
Implement and supervise rehabilitation programs to enhance patients' mobility and functional independence.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families on physical therapy strategies and rehabilitation exercises.
Qualifications Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
