Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have outpatient case management experience and demonstrate strong communication skills while working collaboratively within a PT/PTA clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive evaluations and treatment for a variety of orthopedic cases.
Manage an average caseload of 10-11 patients per day.
Conduct evaluations scheduled in 30-minute blocks, with treatment sessions lasting approximately 1-1.25 hours.
Utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Patient Population
We serve a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience is preferred.
New graduates are not accepted for this position.
Strong outpatient case management experience is required.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
Schedule Details
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options available.
Clinic Hours Monday & Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Utilize NextGen for comprehensive patient documentation.
Staff Support
The clinic is supported by front desk staff, rehab aides, 2 PTs, and 1 PTA.
Additional Information
Dress code is business casual. There is an opportunity for a temp-to-perm discussion based on performance and mutual fit.
