Physical Therapist
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will work in a dynamic environment, providing essential rehabilitation services to patients in need. The position requires a commitment to ensuring quality care and improving the physical function of patients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients' physical conditions and needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
Implement therapeutic treatment programs aimed at enhancing patient mobility and function.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation techniques and home exercises.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to continuing professional development and education.
Schedule
This position will be full-time, with hours from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
