Job description
Registered Nurse (RN)Location City, StateRole ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality nursing care to residents following established health care standards and protocols.Monitor and assess patients' health conditions, documenting all findings accurately.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness practices.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.QualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.Previous experience in a long-term care or nursing home setting is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compassionate, patient-centric approach to care.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus.Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.
