Job Description
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team. The ideal candidate will work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, providing high-quality care to our clients.
Responsibilities
Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
Support patients in therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance recovery.
Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes using WebPT.
Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients.
Communicate effectively with patients and team members regarding treatment and progress.
Qualifications Must possess an active Texas License as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar outpatient setting is required.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Vaccination requirements include Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and Flu.
Additional Information Scrubs: Any solid color.
No facial piercings or tongue rings permitted while on duty.
Relocation bonus up to $3,000 available for qualified candidates.
