Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. This position involves delivering care to patients in a home-based setting.
Job Details
Unit Type: Physical Therapy (PT)
Shift Length: 8 hours
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years
Certifications Required:
BLS Certification
Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend
Holiday Requirement: Minor holidays; major holidays only if needed
Uniform: Business attire with white lab coat; no jeans
Expectations
The successful candidate will cover a designated geographical area and will be primarily responsible for evaluating and treating patients in their homes. Most work hours will be Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Orientation for the position will last 1.5 to 2 weeks, focusing on the specific needs of the unit.

Additional Notes
Candidates must have experience with OASIS documentation, which is a government-mandated form. One year of experience in a home health setting is preferred but not strictly required.
