Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Rehab RN to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and complex orthopedic conditions. In this role, you’ll deliver and coordinate inpatient rehabilitation nursing care, perform assessments, administer medications, and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and an interdisciplinary team. You’ll educate patients and families, support safe transitions, and contribute to quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment.
