Job description
Bethesda Health Group in Clayton, MO seeks a registered nurse to accurately assess residents' health status on admission and during care. You will collaborate with physicians, families, and the IDT to create dynamic, evidence-based care plans and document them thoroughly.
You'll provide nursing interventions, manage medications, and participate in SBARR communications to keep stakeholders informed while maintaining compassionate, high-quality care for residents.
