Job description
Elderwood at Hamburg in Hamburg, NY is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation Services (PT or OT) to lead our 166-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation community.
The role requires clinical leadership, program oversight across physical, occupational and speech therapy, and ongoing patient care while maintaining a 35% clinical caseload. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes and support reimbursement and quality goals.
